Our tenant used this company for her end of tenancy clean. She said £120 for three hours work, cleaning a 300sqft property. The outcome... was terrible!! The only clean thing was the oven HOWEVER they damaged our soild oak floorboards as you can clearly see the chemicals they used burnt the floor!!There was dirt left everywhere, including cobwebs.
They did not clean the cupboards, Hoover, mop , or even clean the bathroom to a good standard.
The fridge and freezer was still dirty and behind them was even worse!!I've been in dispute with them for 4 days, after listing the many, many things they did not clean, they agreed to come back today.. however the gentleman they sent to us, came with a hoover, some wood polish and a dirty rag. He was there no more than 10 minutes and used the dirty rag to clean the work surfaces, after asking him why he was doing that he stopped!!I now have a dark brown stain on my wooden floor which looks worse then it did originally did. TRADING STANDARDS!
