Platinum clownfish

I went to the shops yesterday to pick up my platinum clownfish and when I got home they was 1 platinum 1 golden nugget iam very upset and disappointed that this company would sell me 2 different fish and then try and make out that iam lieing about it I will never use this shop again

Hi Christian, We are sorry to hear of your issue, as we do understand there was a genuine error with your purchase. Our supplier (TMC) had sent the incorrect fish to us (we had ordered 2 Platinum, but they sent 1 Golden Nugget & 1 Platinum), hence why the TMC label listed them both as Platinum. This led to you being sold 1 Platinum & 1 Golden Nugget. Without the photos it was difficult to understand how this error had happened. However as soon as we received them, we realised the suppliers’ and our error, agreed a resolution with you, which you said you were happy with. We were also glad you found a new home for the Gold Nugget. We do apologise for any inconvenience this caused you at the time (and TMC send apologies too), & we do hope you will use our shop again in future. We would be very grateful (as discussed when we found a positive resolution together) if you would re-review the review, now the matter has been dealt with appropriately.
