I have used you over the years for various things.
The latest job you completed for us was probably one of the more simplest for you as an IT company but for us, it was quite a big move.
Having a handle on what emails come in and making sure they are actioned (being a little bit of a control freak) we had one central mailbox but you’ve helped drag us into the 21st century and now we have dedicated mailboxes for members of staff that are backed up and secure. Even to others this might seem trivial, but it’s already help alleviate some of the stress as I can’t see all the emails and so don’t worry about them.
Other staff can’t accidentally read them and then fail to mark them as unread, resulting in customers not being contacted or worse.
It’s helped streamline some of the office communication and make things smoother.

My son lives near Dundee and I live in NE England. My son is 15 and loves his music and took me here. They are all so polite and helpful. They let him try guitars etc and nothing is a bother. We have visited numerous times and bought bits n pieces. When my son wanted a new guitar, I looked no further than here. We bought a limited edition guitar and they have kept hold of it until now for us. Fantastic staff and fantastic service.

Well, I earned some rare brownie points with the wife thanks to you and your team.

During lockdown, I, like many others want to strangle our partners or they want to strangle us due to us being on top of each other night and day….. So, with that in mind, I ordered the Ultimate Valentines Red Rose Bouquet…. What was delivered, looked like half Saltburn’s Rose Gardens! The bouquet stood at a little under 3 foot high and nearly brought the better half to tears! They are still as bright and healthy a week on so the quality speaks for itself…..

The wife absolutely loves the arrangements you do and I like being in the good books for a short while too!

I would like to express mine and the wife’s delight at the unbelievable dream extension and house remodelling that you have completed on our home.

It was a newbuild and up stairs needed an extra bedroom while the 2 room ground floor was just not ample enough for a growing family.

The team that worked on the house were incredible. We now have a double aspect living room with a huge atrium and an open plan kitchen diner, utility room, kid’s playroom, long wide hallway, WC and glass staircase. Upstairs you have created an additional hallway leading to another double bedroom.

Everyone that visits, is in awe at what you have created, and I know that you have already completed work on the back of referrals from what people have seen you do at my house!

It really has become a dreamhouse for us and add that to the wonderful new patio that you laid, and I can honestly say I don’t think we will ever have to move!

I wanted to express my thanks for the unbelievable maintenance job that you have carried out on my work premises. As a vehicle body shop, having good heating is critical, not to mention keeping the workforce happy and warm.
We had not used the main unit heater in a year and when we went to use it, nothing. You arranged for a technician to come out the very next morning 9am and he had it up and running within minutes. Being so impressed and feeling like I had wasted your time, I asked for the whole unit to be cleaned and serviced.
What a difference a little heat can do when it is so cold, happier work force resulted in more productivity and the boss looks like a Rockstar for getting the problem sorted so quickly.
All carried out while adhering to current COVID-19 working measures.

I wanted to express my thanks for the unbelievable lighting job that you gave carried out on my work premises. As a vehicle body shop, having good lighting is critical, that must be balanced with managing the electrical bills too.
You came in an advised on how many and what type of LED would be suitable that would cover both areas that were concerned.
Not only is it now brighter than Rylan’s teeth in our unit but the energy consumption is less too. This now means happier bank balance and the work force is happier as they have the right lighting to do the job. In addition, you were able to change the 22 light units while we carried on working, no loss of power and no downtime in productivity. All carried out while adhering to current COVID-19 working measures.
