Copycats has been replacing the 100+ year old sash windows in our house over many years with exactly matching double-glazed units. Totalling 20 windows (and a door) it was too big a job to do all at once. With great patience and skill Simon and his team visited to take all the measurements and when called for, made them and came and fitted them year by year. Impressive record keeping and carpentry skills! Lovely people to work with, tidy diligent and timely.
