Awful experience. Professionally negligent. Instructed Kal to do a survey on the house we bought as recommended by the mortgage advisor. Specifically instructed him in writing that there was signs of damp in the downstairs toilet which he acknowledged. He attended the property and prepared a report that said everything was fine with "no evidence of leaks" and "ground floor W/C are in reasonable condition"! See attached images as proof. We bought the property and immediately found out when flushing the toilet that it wasn't connected and water came up from the floor! Cannot comply with his own complaints procedure - still not received a final response despite it being since September. Owes us thousands of pounds in repairs let alone the distress and inconvenience. Avoid by all costs. You will spend thousands of pounds on this gentleman for nothing and be left out of pocket, like we are. The mortgage advisor no longer recommends him.
