Jane and Paul are absolutely brilliant!!! Gave our anxious cat (who had never been in a cattery) the best experience, especially when it came to how fussy he is with taking his medication - they engineered a new strategy which we still use! They are patient, kept us informed, and are genuinely kind people who genuinely love cats. You can tell the cats trust them, even ours was so happy even thought he has bad separation anxiety from us. The cattery itself is absolutely lush and beautiful. Little patios for the cats, well-built, rustic, and lots of nature. The rooms are so nice with full beds, I would stay there myself! It’s hard to overstate my gratitude but I won’t be boarding our cat anywhere else!!
