Both Jayne and Paul are absolutely incredible at what they do, I left Luna and Loki with them for just over a week and as it was the first time I’ve been away from them I was really nervous. Luna is quite an anxious kitty and showed symptoms of stress/ anxiety at the start of their stay, but Jayne immediately identified this and ensured Luna received the correct care needed. I immediately felt at ease as the level of passion and expertise both Jayne and Paul offer is fantastic. I received daily updates which meant I could relax and enjoy my holiday knowing they were having so much fun at the cattery. Jayne has really thought of everything to make their stay as comfortable as possible, it’s better than a 5* hotel! I will absolutely be taking Luna and Loki back here - thank you both!
