Very disappointed. My partner & myself called Guildford tyres from end of March to May to have our summer tyres changeover which was stored at Guildford tyres. We can understand that it was during lockdown but we been calling & each time they said they will call us back when they find our tyres. My partner had an appointment last Saturday 16th May 2020 at 9am & when we got there they said we shouldn't have been given the appointment. They went & tried to locate his summer tyres but couldn't find them. Finally they called before mine appointment on 23 May 2020 to say they have found our tyres & made my partner's appointment at 11am. It took them 2 hours to change mine summer tyres over & another 2 hours for my partner's. We ended up spending 4 hours for both of our cars summer tyres fitted which should normally take no more than half an hour. We couldn't use the toilet facilities as it's out of bound for customers.

I would not advise anyone to use Harding Autos as this is what happened to my partner who took his car to Harding Autos.
My partner was quoted just over £2000 for his MG ST. He was informed it would take 4 weeks. In between work done, they left him a couple of messages on the progress of the work. One of those messages was to informality would cost a couple hundred pounds more, as they have identified a few more problems. We the car was ready in November they called and informed us it would cost us £5,337.60 and we don't collect the car by December, they will start charging us £50 per week in storage. If wouldn't even give them one star if I can choose not to give one!
