Had my boiler serviced by Conrad and honestly couldn’t be happier. He was fantastic from start to finish—friendly, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable. Took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.

It’s not often you come across someone this professional and genuinely helpful. Would definitely recommend Conrad to anyone needing a reliable gas engineer!
