These guys know what they are doing and they get on and do it. They crafted a beautiful handmade kitchen using our own wood from a tree in the garden. It is clear from their quality of workmanship and attention to every detail that they love and care about what they do. Text received saying parcel to arrive between 09:04 and 10:04. No parcel by lunchtime. Called local depot. Driver couldn't find house despite it being same post code as the Post Office right next door!!! Driver also had my mobile number but didn't call.
They said he would drop off on way back to depotn afternoon. Nothing. Called depot at 4:30 and told he would deliver before 5:30. No parcel and depot now shut.
Called depot in a.m. told to collect to get it before late afternoon. Collected it.
This is the third parcel failure with Interlink recently. All others find us no problem.
Worst thing is the systemic lying. I can deal with and accept failure, mistakes, busy but I cannot manage being told repeated lies to get me off the phone until after closing time!!!!! Chatteris depot Cambridgeshire.
