Contacted this plumber to have him turn the gas back on for my tenant at the property. Was quoted a price. When he turned up he then then tried to charge my tenant a lot more for simply getting the gas back on. Tenant ended up paying more that what plumber had told me. Following the job I sent two messages asking for any paperwork for the job to be sent to me. I was completely ignored and no receipt given to tenant. Will not be using again.

Charlene thanks for your feedback. Firstly I’m extremely disappointed that you didn’t give me the chance to discuss this matter with you before writing this review. Had you have phoned me to discuss we could have clarified these matters as both are not factually correct. The tenant was charged exactly the same price as quoted to you on the phone. Not sure why you would think otherwise. In terms of paperwork this was emailed on the day. I could resend it to you if you make contact by phone. Simply awful. Do not use, especially for anything important. I booked to go to the airport the day prior to travelling. Cab did not turn up. No update from staff. I called to be told no cars to send! They shouldn't be taking bookings if they don't have the driver's.
