I asked him to install uPVC door for me at my buy to let house. Since I don't live inside the house, I never knew he was installing used door until managing Estate Agent went for inspection.

The door has no letterbox and was a complete junk. I called this guy but was rather lying about his whereabout. He was not picking calls and failed to go back to correct the mistakes and add the letter box.

Beware of being scammed. I won't recommend him.

This seems like a garage with the worst customer service on earth and very expensive.

I needed to replace my car's turbo charger. They gave me a quote of about £1,200 with equipment, labour, etc. I checked the equipment and the price quoted was about £700. I went to do a desk research with Carparts4less, Europcarpart, etc and I got a refurb for about £250 and a new original OEM for about £400. I printed the pages in colour and took it to the garage. I told them that I have got it cheaper at as above and I gave them the printed prices. They said they can't use that. I asked them why they think I should pay over £300 above the price of Carpart4less OEM and whether I could order the equipment and they only do the fitting/installation. They said it was not possible because it would void their warrantee.

To cut the story short, I went to a garage at Welham Green and my Turbo Charger was fixed for £620 in total compare to the outrageous double price of Fairway Tyres.

Great staff with an excellent and friendly customer service. Fast and excellent job. I got two new Pireli tyres fitted there cheaply and they also surprisingly repair my extra tyre free of charge today for my Peugeot 407.

I will use them again and I will strongly recommend them to anyone that need an honest and friendly garage. They are the best!

Though there may be many good suppliers on Parts Gateway but based on my experience with Continental Auto Parts 0115 963 2199, I will advise any anybody not to trade with them (i.e Continental Auto Parts). They are the worst seller on the eBusiness platform that I have ever come across. Don’t be fooled with the many good reviews on them, based on my experience, they are all probably fake reviews by themselves (i.e self-reviews).

I correctly ordered an item through Parts Gateway and I decided to opt for Continental out of the many listed suppliers because of the supposedly good reviews that I observed on their profile (which I am now doubting their authenticity). I phoned them three times to further describe my car (in addition to the details they already have thru my car reg) and find out whether they have the correct part. They confirmed and I paid over the phone. I was however surprised when they sent a completely different part to me and I had to send it back to them. Continental Auto Parts failed to reimburse me for the postage even though the item was correctly ordered by me but wrongly supplied them.

Above all, when I contacted them, most of the staff were polite but the Manger himself was just too rude.
