When I took my dog to this vets there was urine on the floor in the waiting room that wasn't cleared up in the entire time we was there, I've never been in a vets that smelt this bad, the receptionist was rude and their telephone manners are awful and they usually shout to each other which isn't good for nervous animals. I wont be going back to this vets and I wouldn't dare recommend it to a friend,
