Owner, money grabbing and rude. Avoid using

I used this taxi company for my daughter hen weekend. I spent £150 during the Saturday afternoon and early evening. The drivers were pleasant and helpful. However the owner is a particular rude and unpleasant individual who after taking £150 of my money refused an night time pick up, put the phone down on me twice and left 14 of us stranded in Chester. I would not recommend this high unprofessional unscrupulous firm at all. Avoid him like the plague and spend your taxi fare on someone who has some morals

Lady did not spend £150 that day with us. We arrived early for her bookings and transported the lady and her party safely. The problem for the lady was we could not bring her back from Chester at the time she asked for as we was already booked to pick up pensioners and we refused to let the people down. Alternative times were offered 30 minutes each side of the time a lady wanted but this was not good enough.. The lady later phoned the office to complain, it was explained to her that we already had bookings in and we are not in the Habit of letting people down also offered her the alternative once more the lady seemed to get argumentative and abusive on the phone, she was told that we do not tolerate abuse and also explain it was a busy Saturday night and she was tying up phone line the lady continued to complain and got more and more aggressive so the phone got put down on her.. She continued to call the office so the phone had to be put down her several times until she gave up
