Dean came out at short notice to address a leaking shower tray.
He dealt with the job quickly, cleanly and effectively, returned the following morning to check all was well and charged a fair price.
He was kind and reassuring towards my elderly, disabled mother and I felt he was a safe pair of hands to have in her house.
We would definitely be be happy to use Dean again.
