Arrived promptly, polite and took fire apart to thoroughly clean. Took longer than I thought would take, but charged no extra than previously agreed and left premises clean and tidy. Boiler service straight forward, with sensible suggestion to check online for prices of spare part, so no hidden mark up on price. Excellent service - would recommend.
