Tom, Jan and the NorthBuild team have done a number of screeding jobs for us over the past year and they've been excellent every time. Tom's communication and attention to detail is second to none. He went above and beyond by stepping in and fixing some last minute issues with the floor prep to make sure the job went smoothly. My father suffered from Parkinson’s and Lewy Bodies Dementia in later life and Emily was his carer. She was absolutely wonderful with him and became a true friend to him last year when I was unable to visit during the first lockdown.
