I had issue's with gears on my bike after a rough session at llandegla bike park they would not shift at all. I rang and spoke with james explained my situation and that i was in desperate need of my bike back for the following weekend baring in mind i droped it off late weds afternoon. I had later found out he had attended an emergency dentist appointment and honestly thought he would not complete given his situation which i completely understand.

He had come back to his shop to ensure my bike was done followed by a call to say it was fixed which i did not expect given his situation, i can't fault the service highly recommend and will be going back.👍

Great guys i had travelled up for a trip with family i was heading back home and thought i had a slow puncture these guys looked at my car and told me that it was all fine. My car had lost pressure from rotation on the motor they topped up the tyres re set the computer and it was fine. Would recommend great honest guys.👍

Just been on the Fearne island boat trip with Chris and his skipper was really good and quite interesting, my son loved it so did my partner my missus was a bit un easy with the boat rocking but the crew made my misses feel at ease. We saw the puffins and cute seals. I would definitely recommend this family trip well worth it thanks guys.👍

I had a break down after my master slave cylinder failed. I rang Mohamed he quoted me fair and within 30 mins he had arrived and not shortly after i had my van at the garage.👍

I was in need of a smaller van after seeing a VW caddy I spoke with Steve a lovely chap he nagitaited the deal I was happy with it so we proceeded. It was james who did the final deal who also is a really nice guy I was really happy with the van. I unfortunately ran into a problem with my van which was just one of those unfortunate events. After speaking with Steve a James they sorted my problem out with no problems restoring my faith in good old customer service I can't fault these guys at all an absolute pleasure to deal with I would recommend. I would definitely use them again hands down thanks guys.

I came to applgarth villa with my girlfriend for a lovely weekend away to propose to her I arrived on the Friday checked in everything seemed fine looked really nice besides all the fancy decor and everything else. I headed into windermere to go for a walk I wax bout to propose to my partner when I got a call from my brother saying my mum had suffered a major stroke I had told the owners son I had to leave I had booked for two night asked if I could be credited for 1 nyt to come back and propose I had told him my situation they said no I told them my situation they did not care just wanted my money I know it's not there fault but giving the circumstances you thought they would they did not charged me £780 for one night and was not intrested in letting me come back my mum only just survivied her stroke as well. All I wanted was 1 night to come back when my mum got better just to do what I intended but with the heartless owners never going to happen shame bout it really let's it down.
