Repointing of the front of our house.
Service was okay, communication and promises were shocking. Made multiple promises that would return in a couple weeks, to ensure everything was settled, and would reattach the loose wires that they disconnected. Contacted multiple times, same empty promises. Will be looking elsewhere for when we get the back of the house to be done - I just wouldn't take the risk of if something went wrong and I can't get hold of them...
