We are regular customers at Lucia and other restaurants owned by them and love the food there. We booked a table for 6 on 31st July for 19th august for my grandparents birthday. However we got a phone call on the day saying they would have to move us to 4pm which we were unable to go to and therefore had to cancel it. We understand it will be very busy at the moment with the eat out to help out scheme but are still disappointed considering how long ago we booked the table and was obviously moved due to overbooking.
