Adrian is a fantastic personal trainer that i have been working with for over 2 years. During lockdown it hurt me not getting to the gym but we were able to trainer over zoom and has kept me on track and focused. I wouldn't say i'm hercules by any means but im in shape and a lot more confident about myself and taking my top of at the beach.
