Recently changed to HLS from Kone. Have to say the office is a pleasure to deal with and the communication is excellent. Annual Maintenance costs are very reasonable. Routine visits are carried out on schedule. Do seem to have found a lot of jobs that need doing though, which has made this 1st year very expensive.
