Filled in the online enquiry form and within minutes of sending it we had a phone call from stairlift solutions and they arranged for an engineer to come out the next day to look at the stairs. Ted the engineer was very knowledgeable and helpful in recommending which lift would be suitable. The stairlift was fitted on the Monday morning very efficiently by Sam and we were given a demonstration on how to use it. So it basically took two only days from enquiring to having it fitted. Certainly would recommend Stairlift Solutions. And also the prices of the lifts are excellent.
