Good collection and vehicle but upon return was an issue and tried to say rental agreement was wrong and bill me more on mileage and when I quoted their own agreement at them and said its a legal agreement between myself and abacus the girl got very stroppy and threw toys out her pram and it was on that note that it went from being a good experience to a bad one as was made to feel guilty and that I had done wrong for quoting their own policy's of their agreement. Customer service then went down to a big far zero!
