Absolutely Superb!
We had seven UPVC windows fitted in the summer, and are delighted with the quality, the fitting and the price. They manufacture the windows themselves and have their own fitters, which is the kind of service we wanted.
After the first rush of winter it is now so much warmer in the house.
We highly recommended Pete and his team.

A very poor P.O., with the rudest staff.

I have several issues with this P.O., as I believe do the rest of the town!
1. The rudeness of the staff. I though that 'Mr Grumpy', a long-term staff member, was the rudest shop assistant in Kenilworth, but it appears that the new owner is capable of being even more brusque.
2. Normally you join the back of a queue that's stretches out of the door, and then find that there is only one counter open.
3. Cigarettes on open display. I thought that these were now required to be displayed out of the view of children. If so, this is not followed here.
4. Security of the mail. The Post Office Act requires that the security of mail is ensured. Here they leave parcels on the 'customer' side of the counter for long periods of time, where they are open to pilfering.
Overall, a very poor state of affairs!
