Called in to get tyres changed on car. Left for an hour with no update what the delay was. Could see car was slowly being dealt with. They were not overworked. Clearly staff disinterested in their work. Reception staff would nerd training in basic social nevermind customer service skills. As someone who has worked 23 years in Customer service this place is abyssmal at best. Had a similar experience a year ago and thought i would give them the benefit of the doubt but clearly this is their standard - a poor customer service. When the job was eventually finished, no one knew where my car keys were - great !! Again customer care at the forefront NOT. Will avoid in future as waste of time.
