Paul put in a whole new heating system and radiators for us, over the course of a week. He and his assistant were brilliant - their expertise, workmanship, tidiness and attention to detail are fantastic. And with the reassurance of Gas Safe and Building Regs certification. Very highly recommend.

I had engine failure on the A41 northbound, just by the M25/Hemel Hempstead, on my way home from work, on the worst snowy day (-5 degrees) you can imagine! A lovely chap came to take my car to the garage at Aylesbury - sorry, can't remember his name - within about 15 minutes and I couldn't have asked for a better, friendlier standard of service. We then had a crazy journey to the garage as there had been an accident and the A41 was closed so we had to crawl along a detour road. Poor guy had thought he would sort my car quickly and then finish for the day - which he did, 2 hours later...! Mind you the time passed by so fast, as we just had a good natter as we went. I can't thank him enough for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a minor one. He really was a credit to the company.
