Great value, friendly, with great communication, I plan to use again.
My laptop became locked with the new windows 10 update. Stuart was happy to come to Harwich to collect it to repair, because part of that involves waiting for resets / updates etc. which would take hours.
He kept me informed of how things were going, and backed up all of my stuff. He returned the laptop fixed, with all of my stuff safely back on it and with some of my main things like ccleaner / chrome re-installed for me. He also set the network back up with my desktop.
I was very pleased with his service.
