abused by mouth by member not delt with

I was abused by a member at Wigan gym etc, I reported it at reception there, my membership was terminated her membership still active to date,
I emailed the director Keith over 10times over the incident with no reply.
This is disgusting customer service and after being abused by member to not deal with complaint and leave her active and terminate the victim and not even a reply from director its shocking I'm now seeking legal advise

bad gym on customer service and dealing with abuse

Area manager based here I'm told.
Had issue at gym etc in wa3 Wigan, I was abused in the spa area by a member who I'm led to believe use work there, I went to reception to report this abuse and was abused again in reception then I decided leave building and report via email to director and area manager, the director never replied but area manager suspended my membership and now terminated me!! Yes me!!! her membership still active and my complaint never delta with her membership still active!!
There has been clean issues there and reports made I can't comment but iv been told its probe over this as a conversation over cleaning why I was in sauna and was overheard and reported. Since then I have been made not made very welcome to be honest then this

Don't join this gym!! There has been issues over cleaning at this gym that all members have tried to bring to attention of staff, one day this member came in sauna and overheard a conversation over cleaning and went back and told staff about the gym getting called by members in sauna, since then iv had s
Mop buckets banged in changing rooms, coming in menus at end of night why not fully dressed banging doors basically put through hell, but on 21/022018 I was abused by the same member who went and told the staff over cleaning weeks earlier, the staff member had just shut sauna door but says she did not hear this member abuse me from jaccussi only done throw away!!
I went get changed and report this to other staff member in reception, by this point the member who abused me in jassussi was in reception she abused me by mouth again and I decided to leave. My membership suspended then terminated. I can't comment but others think wanted rid of me over conversation over cleaning!
