Many thanks Kyle for your big help. A windows handle was broken and the lock mechanism was broken as well. After I contacted him on Tuesday, he replied to me immediately. He then made the appointment and fixed the locks next day. Actually, a different engineer checked the lock problem on Monday, but he then disappeared without telling us if he would come back to fix it.

Have not tuned our piano for two years. He tried to fit our job in based on my timetable:-) He tuned the piano carefully and professinally. He spent two hours to do the job without a break. My daughter is vert happy with the tuned piano now.
