Had a problem with my saniloo, called Andy up, never dealt with him before. rather than saying he could pop around and pay call out charges, he told me over the phone a couple of low cost options to try before spending money on call out's.
I will try these and if they dont work I will definately use him as my plumber. It was nice to call a tradesman who tried to help over the phone before arraning a call out.
