What a joke this company is! I ordered some items for click and collect. Paid for, confirmation email given. Was told my items would be ready after 12pm the next day. Went in at 5pm ish. They couldn't find my order, I was told to wait another 24 hours!
I looked around the store and one of my items was on the shelves, I asked if I could take that, but they couldn't because they can't split an order!
Yet another company that has no problem taking your money but then don't honour their promises. I will get a refund and purchase elsewhere.
I will advise my well informed and highly respected social media sites about the antics of this worthless company.
No wonder they're having to close stores everywhere.

Took my dog in because he had an inflamed and very red ear. The 'vet' did not even look at it with an otoscope! I just got fobbed off with antibiotics! No explanation as to what it could be, or what made it that way or anything. What if my dog had got something in it? Antibiotics would not remove it. Useless.
I had to go to another vets, (therefore paying twice) who diagnosed it was an allergy symptom. The antibiotics would not do anything for it, he needed steroids.
Easipetcare are cheap for vaccinations, but as a vet - terrible. Do not risk your animals health by going to these amateurs.

Started off ok. I was sat in a chair and asked what I wanted. I fully explained and he said no problem, he even repeated it back to me. All the way through the hair wash and the cut I wasn't spoken to at all once. The style and length is nothing like I asked for. It's completely uneven on each side. It's been cut far too short, so now I can't even get anybody else to make it look acceptable. This was supposed to be a senior stylist. Even a trainee could do better. Pointless complaining because it's to short to do anything with. Terrible place. Avoid!
