Picked up a small leather satchel type bag I use for travel; I'd asked them to stitch a decent solid shoulder strap to it, made from a leather belt. GRAND JOB. Nice and neat. I live closer to other repairers but make the effort to head to Ruislip. They have also done trophy engraving for me in the past and of course shoe repairs.
