I was greeted by a rude male who basically barked orders at me. I had walked into their waiting room well away from the other customer who was sat waiting with a mask on. Customer service skills were non existent. Was an older gentleman with stubble beard and glasses. He was so rude I think he needs to consider not talking to customers and just getting on with his work! He then took a phone call from a member of the public. When he put the phone down I heard him say. Why can’t they get their facts right before they ring.
