I had a new front door fitted in 2017 and I am still waiting for Amber Windows to replace the door. They have been out numerous times over the period of time and suggested the same work to rectify the problem but not once has it worked. Customer service is shocking and I have lost count how much of my time has been taken continuously chasing them.

They turned up when they said they would, unlike others I have used in the past. Driver was polite. Price was good value for money.
