Wish I could give 10 stars…Fantastic service, follow up, and aftercare.
I contacted Terence when I was at my wits end with our system… (which I have to add Terence did not install). nobody else cared enough to find out where the problem was, or even wanted to try and find the problem, to fix it…
Terence spent two full days studying the system and fixing the problem, which was ongoing for 11 years… yes.. 11 years….. and we had ‘experts’ in our home before… or supposed to be expert’s with our system…. !!!!!
This was followed up by calls, texts to make sure we were happy and everything was working.
I would highly recommend this man and his company, his attention to detail and his clients, are beyond expectation.
A true professional, knowledgeable, and a gentleman, All in one.
Thank you for helping us, fixing our system, calling when you said you would, when nobody else did.
We are forever thankful.
