I always found them excellent to deal with.

We have had a number of rooms carpeted by Nigel's team and have never had cause for complaint. We've also bought engineered wood flooring which is looking as good as when laid.

They even came out to refit the landing carpet after the alarm fitter had been. Refused payment for this.

Having been let down at the last minute by Majestic who withouf warning cancelled our order we discovered Connolly's.

What acreluef a company that delivers promptly. Just about to place our third order with them and pretty certain this but the beginning.

We recently spent another lovely week in St Ives with Whites of St Ives. The apartment (Polmeor) which overlooks the harbour, is well equipped and very comfortable.

Suffice to say that when we left we felt it more like leaving a friend than a rented holiday accommodation.

Dealt with BB on at least two separate occasions - the second time was when another firm sent me what they claimed to be an original Ideal Standard item at a cost of £80-00 + but which - in fact - turned out to be a cheap copy worth £22-00 at B&Q. Still waiting for my money back.

I contacted BB pointing out that I needed the item in Scotland by the weekend as I was setting off the next morning.

All went well the item was identified and cash paid. I set off to Scotland and the following day the item, correct in every detail, arrived.

I cannot praise them enough.

Needing a new kitchen we tried the regulars - Wickes, B&Q, IKEA etc but were disappointed with the reviews, attitudes and the prices quoted. The design from Wickes was basic.

Then we heard about 'Country Line' and following a discussion and site visit we agreed design prices and start and finish dates.

Date came and so did the knock on the door. 5 Days later the brand new kitchen was completed on time and on budget despite a change to the sink design.

We cannot praise Roger more highly for his competence and professionalism.
