Living in an old ornate cottage built in the 1860`s, it is understandable that many alterations have been made including the plumbing and heating layout which periodically shows it`s age including our heating system which had become `selective` in which radiator chose to work. As I have used TRS previously with very satisfactory results I contacted them; speaking initially to `N` a very friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable lady who immediately set a date for an engineer to assess the problem as the weather was still very chilly.
Despite a heavy workload the senior engineer and proprietor `S` found time to diagnose the heating fault (s) .... Initial diagnosis completed, `S` explained in detail what was required. Subsequently, senior engineer `R` arrived accompanied by his encyclopaedic knowledge and no-nonsense approach to the work to be carried out which he did with utter efficiency. Superb service and an exemplar to team working with the mutual aim of customer satisfaction.

In recent times our oil-fired boiler developed a problem with the fire/up system and on the advice from a member of our local `Nextdoor` website who, without hesitation recommended TRS Tank Replacement Services of Dereham. Choosing this option was the right thing to do with immediate help and understanding coming from the very knowledgeable lady taking my call who certainly knew her stuff ; initial and very reassuring element of the family cohesion with this company.
Without delay, an engineer arrived that day, I was very impressed because the weather was still chilly at the time so a significant element of genuine customer care was evident from the outset. The engineer immediately identified the faults and replaced the parts (taking time to explain their function within the boiler. This really is a genuine professionally -minded family company worthy of it`s laurels, superb and experienced skills base and outstanding communication and faultless service.

Again, Fran and Sheryl (Cheryl)? have excelled themselves in that not only did they again make our Cocker Spaniel Hettie look wonderful in her summer trim they exercised care and compassion in beautifying our latest addition to the family; Ruby a young ex puppy farm Cavalier / Cocker Spaniel cross. Prior to our visit , Ruby was very nervous indeed of everybody due to her bad start in life but when we collected her Sheryl explained that she had walked Ruby around the garden on a lead !
I was astounded as this really was a first for Ruby and it was noticeable that her confidence had improved which we hope now to build upon.

Sheryl and Fran have really set the bar high in providing a well thought - out dog grooming service in ultra well equipped premises using top grade canine beauty products commensurate with their high level of expertise and innate love of all dogs reflected in the many questions I was asked to ensure that the outcome of their work would meet all requirements and to my satisfaction.
As a new customer they listened intently to my requests and made a superb job of our lovely Cocker Spaniel especially maintaining the coat characteristics and recognisability of this breed ie; side and tail feathering and required length of tail feathering etc.
All of the above was conducted in a relaxed time frame without any hurry at a very competitive price.
This business exudes professionalism and an obvious love of dogs. I felt very comfortable with their warm customer approach and will be a returning customer in the future. Bernard Mullin

We decided to give Lucky Trims a try as we became increasingly dissatisfied with the groomer we had been using. We have been using Julie`s services for some time now enjoying a much higher level of professionalism and grooming for our 2 dogs including much attention to detail including ear cleaning and nail clipping as standard practice (as we learned that it should be). Julie is keen to meet customer`s varying requirements and this is supported through college trained knowledge put into practice.
One dog at a time with Lucky Trims, no production line here ! Give them a try and I hope you will be as satisfied as we were and still are.

The basis of good customer relations and communication is vital but from the outset, this company was severely lacking in the above. Queries and concerns we expressed were ignored, with false promises and assurances, topped off with rudeness when our conservatory began , and still does leak, therefore not fit for purpose.
It would appear that their espoused "Insurance -backed, 10 - year guarantee" is not worth the paper it is printed on? as they will do everything they can to avoid their contractural obligations. If they practiced what they preach and looked after their customer needs with adequate follow up this could be a good company.
Do your homework when looking at home improvements ie ; check customer reviews, seek clarity, ask to see former customers and the work that has been completed etc.
This company needs to get their heads out of the sand and get up to date with adequate customer service and meet the expectations of people as do companies like Wickes.
