Absolutely terrible customer service. Phoned up to request a washing machine repair and all I got in return were ignorant comments and staff sounding bored and as if they’d rather be doing anything else. And after an hour of back and forth we finally got an appointment… 3 weeks from now!! I’m supposed to just watch the washing pile up for 3 weeks as my washing machine is out of commission?! No thanks. Please avoid and find another company more enthusiastic about doing their jobs.
