Fantastic experience with Totaltronics. Throughout the whole experience Patryk maintained great contact with me and managed to sort my clusters specifically odd and fairly complex issue. He's not just a part replacer like a lot of other cluster repairers but will take the effort to fault find and repair the problem where lesser repairers would at that point most likely point you to buy a new cluster. Great experience and will be my first call should any of my other cars experience an issue with their clusters. A*

Very rude door staff, literally ordering people around were disrespectful to my partner telling her to get out of the queue because apparently 2 people cannot queue together when she immediately left the queue and waited for me to come out the two men on the door walk straight up to her and told her to wait out side in the cold while I queued . Disgusting behaviour from these men. I wouldn’t mind except for the lady in front of us was fine to queue with her 3 children but that apparently is fine. Naturally I left the queue and on a matter of principle returned my shopping. I’m not giving my business to such a shop.

Staff were polite and friendly and happy to help.
