Very disappointing experience overall. Initial cost estimates were presented very differently to the amounts later demanded, which caused significant financial pressure and stress for both myself and my family. Communication and handling of the matter fell far below the standard we reasonably expected. A great deal of unnecessary stress, anxiety, time and money could have been avoided with better client care and transparency.
