We had a problem which several roofers had tries to fix unsuccessfully. Frank and his son came and explained very well what they had found which was nothing like the other roofers had found. The quote we received was very well detailed, explaining exactly what they were going to do. The lads came and were very courteous while carrying out the work. The garden was left clean below where they had worked. For the first time in over a year, our spare bedroom is not leaking.

I've been here a few times but never again.
My wife took our 3 year old daughter in to ask to use the toilet, on the way to nursery. Despite the cafe being empty the woman said no and that it was for customers only. My wife pleaded that she wouldn't usually l, but our 3 year old was bursting for a wee. Still she said no. My daughter wet herself pretty much as soon as they left and had to be consoled all the way to nursery as she was cold and upset at having an accident.
What lovely people running this place. They won't see a penny from me or anyone I know again.
