I used SPM for the conversion of a residential dwelling to a commercial cafe. Steve proved very knowledgeable and has led the process from conception, through planning (with lots of liaison to ensure no issues) to building regs submission. He has provided great input into the process and I would strongly recommend his services.

Matt has so far carried out a complete replacement of our shower room, done a fault find and full service of our boiler, found the source of and fixed various leaks after we moved into a new house and replaced shower screens and water tanks. All work has been done to a high standard and been done on time and in line with estimates given before he started. Would certainly recommend him and will be using him again in the future.
