I found the vet to be very kind and caring
What a shame the same can not be said for the reception/owner !!
Loud, rude, discussing and commenting on pet owners in a derogatory manner and when I had to cancel an appointment due to not wanting to see the reception staff was asked is it because it's died !!!!
