My PC blew up after the dreadsed MS update (2nd Tuesday) - found iFix-YourPC on Yell and, as it was local, sent them a text as it was a bank holiday. To my (delighted) surprise they responded to the text immediately and suggested I drop the system unit down to them that afternoon. I suspected that the PC was dead - this was confirmed within the next day or so, but even so the service I received was excellent - if I get stuck again, I know where to go. They even assisted with getting the refund from the supplier, and didn't overcharge for the investigation.
