After having a THR during lockdown followed by a fall, 6 weeks later, on black ice, I’ve had problems getting my mobility back. I’ve tried various avenues without success and was becoming disillusioned when I was given Alex’s name at the Versatile clinic in Carnforth.
I cannot thank Alex enough for her knowledge and professionalism and her shock machine treatment has been such a bonus too.
I now feel on my way to fitness with the personalised exercise routine.
