I have use MC Electrical numerous times for work at my properties. Matthew is polite, punctual, tidy and his work is always to a high standard. I have no reservations in recommending him.

Absolutely awful service. I joined the queue at 15:20 on a Friday afternoon attempting to post a single small parcel. Only 2 people in front. There were however, only 2 very incompetent staff that seemed to work at snails pace. Seemed odd at such a busy time to be so short staffed. There was one other lady (possibly the manager?) milling around doing jobs that seemed like they could have waited for a quieter time. (Eg counting money in a till). It was 16:00 before I got to the front of the queue. And 10 past before I was served. The lady who served me did not apologise for the wait, to be honest I think she was completely oblivious. Chit-Chatting with a previous customer, unbeknown that the queue was now 10+ deep. In honesty the place seems a very poorly run affair. Just bad timing? Maybe, but I seem to always have to wait twice as long here as I do at my local branch on Barry Road. I think some training and better customer service would go along way. AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE!
