You came out on call on December 18th to Lampeter....it was so busy pre Christmas that the review timed out on me, but I didn't want it to disappear without my review for your rescue on that night, so here it is.
The whole rescue from the initial phone call to keeping in touch on the way and
arrival was very calm and reassuring. Your whole attitude was very professional and thorough and you made sure the problem was solved and future needs of the car spoken about before you saw me safely on my way. All this at nearly midnight and another hours journey before you would arrive home.
