Customer service is absolutely below rubbish , experience in the front desk below the zero, today is 16/01/2019 time was around 10:20. I take my son to gym for swimming as today is weekend and I have my day off which Is the only day which I’m able to take him for swimming like always I while I was going in I been stop and told you can’t take him in because the swimming pool is closed for private lessons. Without informing members in advance by email or text or call while I was telling this to the ( cleaver) team member which he should be maximum cleaner with all my respect for cleaners he answered the swimming is closed and that is it .!?!?!. That happen is the 3rd time same story end that I have to leave wasting my time and child is screaming because he been promised that he is going for swimming.
End that I have to cancel the membership and the team member he was so easy and happy to do it and why he want to bother his self and long and he is getting his income end of the month.
