Finding a property inspection company for a UK visa application can be stressful, especially for first-time applicants. Like many others, I was overwhelmed by the paperwork and unsure where to begin. Luckily, Evergreen Engineers was the first company to pop up in my online search.

From the initial call, they were incredibly helpful. The surveyor, Rahman, patiently explained the UK Home Office's accommodation requirements in a clear and straightforward way. His honest and unbiased approach really impressed me. I felt confident choosing Evergreen, and it turned out to be a great decision.

Rahman visited my property – he was both friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all, I received the report the same day! A huge thank you to Rahman and the entire Evergreen Engineers team for their exceptional service. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends.
